“Netzero has been managing our heat pump’s annual maintenance for the past three years, taking over from Joules. Throughout this period, we’ve experienced superb service. Their deep understanding of heat pump systems stands out. The technicians are not only highly professional but also notably friendly, making each service visit a pleasant experience. We are going to stick with them for the years to come.”
“I was in a pickle because I couldn’t book my usual service for my heater with my regular provider because they had a big waiting list . Luckily I found Netzero who were quick to respond and got an appointment within that week . When the engineer came he was very friendly and professional and explained the process and parts that needed replacing. And for the cherry on top I also got tips on how I can save energy. Overall I was happy with the service and will become a regular.”
“We used Netzero Home Services at the end of February and found them very professional. They had the panels installed and up and running within 24hrs, with no issues. Our paperwork for the Seai Grant was processed quickly with no issues from their side. The staff were lovely to deal with, would highly recommend this company.”
