If you have recently purchased your first home, you may qualify for a higher grant amount for attic insulation under the One Stop Shop scheme Ireland. This special support is designed to further help first-time buyers improve their home’s energy efficiency.

Exclusions
Your home is not eligible if it has previously received SEAI grants for the same measures or you have received energy credits through the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS). This may have been through your energy supplier for previous energy upgrades in your home.
