Assess Current Performance

Develop Retrofit Options

We create a suite of upgrade pathways, modelling the impact of insulation, heat pump solutions, ventilation improvements, solar PV and other measures. Each option includes projected energy savings, carbon reduction, grant eligibility, investment requirements and expected occupant disruption.

Approve Investment & Design

Once the preferred pathway is agreed, we support funding approval (including SEAI schemes), then develop a coordinated technical design package ensuring full regulatory compliance and integration across systems.

Deliver, Commission & Handover

Our delivery teams install each measure to the highest standard, commission all systems, complete quality and BER verification, and hand over fully operational, optimised buildings ready for long‑term performance.
